Who we champion
The North Texas Guard Association focuses its support on crucial military and first responder groups within the DFW area. We currently provide vital assistance to the Texas State Guard 1st Brigade. Furthermore, we have proudly supplied funds to several units within the 2nd Battalion 1st Brigade, as well as other deserving units across the Texas State Guard. Our commitment ensures these dedicated volunteers receive the resources they need to serve our communities effectively.

Making an impact through support
Our support translates into practical assistance that directly benefits these agencies and units. We have provided essential funding for critical training exercises, ensuring volunteers are prepared for any challenge. Additionally, we support important ceremonies and events that foster morale and camaraderie, such as dine-ins, mess nights, and Christmas parties. These contributions help build stronger, more cohesive units, enhancing their readiness and effectiveness.
Why these groups need us
The Texas State Guard and similar agencies are composed of extraordinary volunteers who dedicate themselves to military roles in civil affairs, search, rescue, recovery, and medical support. Their time, money, and expertise are given freely to protect and defend the citizens of Texas. Unlike many, these dedicated individuals often serve without compensation, equipment, or specialized training provided by their agencies. Their motivation and dedication frequently lead them to bear financial burdens personally.
The North Texas Guard Association (NTXGA), through our Vanguard SARR Fund, strives to help them fulfill their potential and offset these costs whenever possible. Your support helps us empower these selfless volunteers to continue their vital work.
