The North Texas Guyanese Association was formed in the summer of 2009 spearheaded by four (4) exciting individuals who envisioned the potential of keeping and passing down the Guyanese culture to all. Our culture is unique and admired by many, as such should always be shared and preserved as a memorable way of life.

After the launching of the N.T.G.A. the group grew to include several other notable members who helped to mold the group into what we have become.

Today we are an association geared towards adding the cultures of an American and Caribbean nature while retaining our Guyanese heritage in order to achieve a society of individuals that impact our future generations.

The founding members of the group are:
Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Crandon
Mr. and Mrs. Leon Belle
Mr. and Mrs. John Belle

Mr. Allan Wilson
